RAISING OF PQRTER COMPANY

The Army is raising a porter company,  wh1ch would cater for the requkement of porters in Arunachal Pradesh & Assam region. It will be consisting of 600 male porters.

17 MAHAR is nominated to recruit 600 male porters. Duration of employment will be for 179 days. The recruited porters will be authorised the following:-

Pursuant to the New HR methodology for induction of Agniveervayu under ‘Agnipath Scheme’, aimed to provide an opportunity to Nation’s youth to experience military way of life for a period of four years, Indian Air Force invites ONLINE applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for selection test from 17 March 2024 onwards to join the IAF as an AGNIVEERVAYU. The number and employability of female candidates will be decided as per service requirement.

2. Application is required to be filled only ONLINE by the candidates and detailed instructions to fill up the same are available at https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in.

3. This examination is valid for AGNIVEERVAYU INTAKE 01/2025.

4. ONLINE REGISTRATION shall commence at 1100h on 17 January 2024 and will close at 2300h on 06 February 2024. Only ONLINE REGISTERED applications shall be accepted. For registration log on to https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in .

The Army Recruitment Office, Jorhat will be conducting an Army Recruitment Rally at Jairampur in Arunachal Pradesh w.e.f. 10th to 13th May 2018 for enrollment of Soldier in Indian Army from the districts of Arunachal Pradesh.

The Categories of Soldiers to be recruited are General Duty, Soldier Tradesman, Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Asstt. Soldier Clerk / Storekeeper/ Inventory Management.

The online registration on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in is mandatory for participation in the recruitment rally. The Registration process for the Jairampur Recruitment Rally will remain open from 09/03/2018 to 24/04/2018.

The District Administration in collaboration with AAUN Foundation East Siang District, Pasighat shall open a Facilitation Centre at JN College, Auditorium, Pasighat to hep the aspiring interested candidates to register online for the Rally. Therefore, all the eligible youths of age group 17 years 6 months to 23 years of East Siang, Upper Siang and Siang districts are invited to avail the facility and join the Indian Army and serve the Nation.
