QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF VEHICLE SPARE PARTS
  1. Sealed quotations are invited from bona fide dealers/authorized suppliers within Pasighat Township for the supply· of spare parts and repair/maintenance of DC Pool vehicles.
  2. Rates for each item shall be quoted in the prescribed proforma enclosed as Annexure -‘A’. The quotation shall be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed “Quotation for Supply of Vehicle Spares Parts” and addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District, Pasighat. The Quotation should reach this office on or before 1500 hrs on 15-06-2026 positively. Quotation received after the stipulated date and time shall not be entertained. The quotations will be opened at 1530 hrs on the same day by the constituted board. Interested firms may quote rates for items specified in Annexure -‘A’.
  3. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of the Finance and Account Officer, DC Office, Pasighat shall accompany the quotation.
  4. The supplied spare parts shall be genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or equivalent quality product conforming to the manufacturer’s specifications and standards.
  5. The rates quoted shall remain valid for a period of one year from the date of award of the contract or until further orders, whichever is earlier, and shall not be subjected to
    any revision whatsoever.
  6. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, transportation, loading/unloading charges, and delivery charges.
  7. The bidder shall be a reputed supplier of said items with a minimum experience of three (03) years in supplying spare parts to Government offices and shall posses sound financial standing. The bidder shall submit self-attested copies of the following
    documents:
    a). PAN Card.
    b). GST Registration certificate.
    c). Latest GST return filed.
    d).Valid Trading Licence.
    e). Declaration that the firm has not been blacklisted/debarred by any Government Department, PSU or Autonomous Body.
    f).  Any other relevant supporting documents.
  8. The bidder shall have well-established office located within the Municipal area of Pasighat Township.
  9. Under normal circumstances, the supplier shall be capable of supplying approved items within 24 hours from the placement of order. In case of urgent requirements, the supplier shall make every effort to supply the required items within the shortest
    possible time.
  10. Orders shall be placed on an as-and-when-required basis. Payment shall be released only upon satisfactory delivery and proper functioning of the supplied items. Bills, in triplicate, shall be submitted to this office for processing of payment. Any defective item supplied shall be replaced by the supplier at his own cost within a reasonable period, as directed by the office.
  11. The Deputy Commissioner reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
  12. In the event of any dispute arising out of the contact, the decision of the Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District, Pasighat, shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
