The Municipal Executive Officer, Pasighat Municipal Council, Pasighat Invites on behalf of the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh an EOI (Expression of Interest) for Outsourcing of Door-to-Door collection of Solid wastes/Wet wastes and transportation under Pasighat Municipal Council, East Siang Pasighat.

O/o Pasighat Municipal Council invites sealed quotation from the registered suppliers of East Siang district to quote for the lowest price of the Office Items annaxed at Annaxure-A.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. The quotation shall be submitted in sealed envelope with the word “Rate Quotation for
   Office items” which should reach this office on or before 20th August
   2025(Wednesday) at 1400 Hrs.
2. The quotation should quote rate for the items inclusive of GST, clearly stating the brand
   name and their specifications.
3. Valid Trading License, copy of PAN Card, GST Registration, Income Tax Clearance
   Certificate/ Income Tax Exempted certificate (as applicable) Dealership Certificate from
   competent authority should be enclosed with the quotation papers.
4. The Municipal Executive Officer, Pasighat Municipal Council will not be bound to
   accept the lowest rate and reserve the right to reject any of the quotations under the
   provisions of the relevant rules and procedure without assigning any reason thereof.
5. Bill in triplicate must be submitted after completion of supply as per supply order.
6. The quotation shall be opened by the board constituted for the purpose on 21st August’
   2025 at 1100 Hrs at Municipal Executive Officer (PMC) Office Chamber.
7. The list of items (Annexure-A) for which quotation is required can be availed from
   Nazarat Branch, PMC during office hours.

Refer letter no. CEO/SPV-RFP-02/2017-18 of dated 24th January 2018 regarding RFP for appointment of Project Management Consultant for Pasighat Smart City Mission scheduled for last date of submission on 23rd February’ 2018 till 1300 hours, is hereby extended to 12th March’ 2018 at the office of Pasighat Municipal Council, Pasighat

This is with reference to the letter no. CEO/SPV-RFP-02/2017-18 for Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding negotiation and discussion of pre-bid meeting in respect of RFP for Smart City Pasigahat scheduled for 6th February 2018, is postponed due to some official exigencies. The pre-bid negotiation and discussion is re-scheduled for 10th February 2018 at 11:30 AM in the same venue.
